Jana Cason has been in the food industry, starting
at the age of 15, working with her parents as the first franchise
of Taco Bell in San Diego. She managed two local restaurants,
Cason’s Seafood and Francesca Italian, for several years. In the
90’s Jana owned and operated JC’s Kitchen in Clairemont San Diego.
Her store and cooking school hosted some of the world’s finest
chefs and cookbook authors, such as Hugh Carpenter, Giuliano Bugialli,
Bernard Guillas of the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Jeanne
Jones, Joanne Weir and many more. While getting her CCP from the
IACP, she met Julia Childs, Paula Dean, Wolfgang Puck and lots
of wonderful foodies …. You would be delighted to meet her because
of her experience and friendly personality.
For over 20 years, Matt Louder, was a foreman
to many high end construction companies, and always had a passion
for cooking, a true foodie. In High School, for fun, he took it
upon himself to create and cook a five course Chinese dinner for
300 of his classmates.
While these two were having lunch alone, they
talked and found a friendship, then over lunch again, it developed
into an adventure in working and owning Aloha Catering culminating
in their marriage.
Aloha only provides service to two events per day, to ensuring
that each event is overseen with their personal attention, giving
the finest quality our company can.
